Transport for medical appointments for cancer patients

Following a cancer diagnosis, Sercan can help you with your medical transport, our volunteers offer a door to door service. Our volunteer drivers are not only devoted and respectful, but they are also always ready to listen to you.

Requirements

The medical transport service is exclusive to residents of the MRC Deux-Montagnes, Thérèse-de-Blainville and south of Mirabel. It is important to warn us at least 2 business days before your appointment You can communicate with us at 450-491-1912 ext 210, to learn more about this service.

Support Group

Support groups are a source of comfort to help you better cope with the difficult circumstances. You are the most important person during those exchange appointements and the converstations are centered around you and your needs.
Testimonies from people who wish to do so are always welcomed during these meetings. You will notice a progression towards a better well-being following these meetings.

Individual support for loved ones

Sercan can also help you support a person with cancer or a bereaved person. We offer tools for you to support you in this lovely objective.

Still A Woman expression program

Sercan offers support groups for women that are diagnosed with a female cancer to help them navigate through this difficult period. The meetings proposed will lead you to progress in a better well-being. In addition to that, people who have experienced this step can give their perspective and their experiences.

Financial partner :

Sercan makes sures to offer capillary or breast prosthesis

Our volunteers will accompany you to help you choose either a capillary or breast prosthesis as well as scarves.
