The Sercan family
Frédérique has a varied professional background relevant to the management of our organization. Her career goal is to increase the efficiency of our practices and maximize our performance, which she began upon her arrival. She wants to be a dynamic young entrepreneur focused on customer service, action and results. She constantly generates a whole range of new ideas or ways of doing things for her team and the board, and adheres to the ideas they propose. During a single contact we can quickly detect her spontaneity, her speed of action, her creativity and her avant-garde. She has a clear vision of what Sercan must offer our residents. In addition, she proves to be a real leader who, while being determined, demonstrates emotional intelligence by constantly ensuring the well-being of patients, their families and that of her team, whom she even allows to surpass themselves.

The one who sees everything and hears everything. The one who remains the most calm and composed during unexpected situations. She will surprise you with her knowledge and know-how. An angel on two legs who can always be counted on! She will charm you with her favorite phrase, “we are endearing little creatures”, and it is surely thanks to her that the entire Sercan Home team is delightful!
Johane (with only one “n”), whom we affectionately call “Wikipedia”, is the dean of our administration. The person that everyone knows and recognizes for her boundless energy and her honesty and warm personality at the same time. She has an exemplary ability to manage her stress and her priorities. She has been dedicated to Sercan for 10 years already!
With Anne, we see all the colors! Her energy, sense of initiative and vision are remarkable. With her, nothing is a challenge. It is undoubtedly for this and for her interpersonal skills that the volunteers and the entire team trust her. Her altruism makes her a star that shines wherever she goes. However! We believe she is clairvoyant since she is able to read through people!

Newly arrived in Saint-Eustache, our favorite person from Shawinigan probably has the most complex job of all since she has to account for the three entities of the Sercan Home. This funny, delightful, cheerful, but above all else, patient woman who deals with payroll and conciliation is undoubtedly an essential member of our team.
Sandra is like a love story for Sercan. Newly retired from the health system, as a social worker, she wanted to make a difference, once again. Sandra creates peace among the beneficiaries and their families. Although she is dedicated to patients, she always maintains an attentive and caring openness for all members of the Sercan team. Unifying, expressive, delightful, dynamic and bright are adjectives that describe her well. When you meet Sandra, your heart will be soothed by her comforting words.
The pearl of Sercan! Attentive, bright, gentle and calm from the outside, Nancy will never let you see that she is a little stressed! A teammate we can rely on in all departments. Her human approach and her maternal side will put you at ease at first sight. Thanks to her, we obtain a very enlightened medical vision and she knows how to apply it perfectly!
